Well, I haven’t posted on here for a while. Why? I’m still not published and I have a billion and a half blogs and YouTube channels to maintain. Once I do get published I will be back in full force but until then you should just go to these blogs and channels to hear from me more often.

Ummm yeah…need I say more?

The blog is pretty awesome and random but there will be some structure to it when it comes to our characters. We are actually working on a book about them and we will make it available through Amazon and Kindle when we are done (we were getting tired of the long, disappointing process of literary agents and publishing companies so we thought we’d self publish this book together, just to see what it’s like). It’s going to be sweet. Anyway, here’s that picture I mentioned above but haven’t showed you yet.

So I got a new fish today. I didn’t go to Walmart thinking of getting a fish…nope. Actually, I was deep cleaning my tank and the bottom cracked so I went to Walmart to get a new one so my fishies wouldn’t have to spend the night in a bucket. I came out of Wally world with said tank…as well as some new fake plants and a cool ruin thing to decorate it, and a fish.

You guys…he was just too cute. I was watching them all swim around when I spotted him. He is a calico color (like my star tailed fish Tommy) but he is built like your common gold fish. Pirate Steve (Pirey for short cuz Steve is my stuffed Giraffe’s name) has one black eye. I saw him swimming around and noticed that the one eye was entirely black and thought “He’s wearing an eye patch…HOW CUTE!” I was hooked from there (no pun intended). So…I now have four fish. Three giant ones, and one little one (though he is three times the size of those tiny little gold fish that cost 44 cents…I remember when they cost 25 cents actually, stupid economy).

It’s kind of evened out now though. I have two regular gold fish (Harry and Pirey) one gold and one calico and two star (or fan if you prefer) tailed gold fish (Meggie and Tommy) one gold and one calico.

Anyway…that was my random blog for today. Just thought I’d inform you of the new resident in my newly refurbished tank.

So as some of you may know, I tend to neglect this site…too often. Sorry, I just have had so much to do. With finishing my first novel and getting my query letters sent out to handfuls of agents (and with all the blogs that I have started and just can’t seem to get rid of) I feel like I don’t have time for much. Oh, and don’t forget my job…I hate retail.

Basically I have been spending my time trying to find a job or publish my book soon so that I can quit my job before July comes around and, on top of that, I have been practicing the piano, writing song lyrics for my nerd band, recording said songs, blogging on my million and one blogs, trying to find time to make youtube videos, and reading…oh and writing. What is a girl to do? I’ve been trying to get my t-shirts out there a little more (though I can’t afford to advertise) so that I can get some income up in here (so I can just quit already) but that too has been a stresser.

Needless to say…I have been neglecting you guys and I am very truly sorry for that. Don’t worry though, I think things will start to work out soon enough. I am hoping and praying an agent will pick up my book very soon. I am going to be posting here a little more often now that I’ve decided to start posting on most (if not all) of my blogs again. I don’t know how long this posting kick will last (and it will probably only be like once a week or twice a month) but I hope it brings good things.

So, here’s hoping things start looking up and here’s to you for following me on this journey! Love you guys!

You know, it always seems so impossible to find time to edit or write these days. I feel like I work so much that I just can’t get any free time and even when I do get free time, I am no longer in the mood because I am too tired or grouchy from work. Does anyone have any suggestions? How can I get myself to just sit down and finish editing this book so I can start sending it out to agents and quit this stupid retail job? That is basically what I have been dealing with the past several months. I really really need to write and edit, but I can’t get into the right mindset with my job always on the mind. Please leave any suggestions in the comments below. Thanks guys, I appreciate it.

Well anywhoozle, I is editin my book at this here very moment but I kind of need a break so I am trying to figure out what to watch…what do I watch?! I know I won’t get any answers until I’ve already picked something but hey, might be fun to find out some shows/movies you guys like. Remember, nothing rated R and if it’s PG-13 I don’t want anything inappropriate okays? So, funny, action filled, suspenseful, whatever. What shows do you guys like that you think I may not already watch (or that you think I do watch and you just want to find out if we both like it or whatever)? Cheers, I’m going to go pick something.

Alright, this is a very very very short and quick post to let you know that despite the fact that I am being worked so much I have no time for myself…the book is done. Yes, you heard me. The book is written. Now, time to edit!

alright so as soon as I manage to get a literary agent, this site is going to become Artemis Caide only (none of my art/youtube videos/blogs mentioned) alright? I may dedicated a page of links to those things but that is it. Here is the deal though, once I finish my book I am going to start a daily vlog. These videos will be posted both here and on splederdiferous until I have an agent. Also, there will be plenty of information on this site it will just be all about my books (at least that is my thinking now, who knows, that could change in a matter of days if I decide against it).
