So I am starting a new series for one of my youtube channels Yay me! Here is the first episode for your viewing pleasure

I just had to show this to you guys, it’s so precious

So today I was working out in the very very hot sun, while listening to some ALL CAPS and Ministry of Magic, and I started thinking about music. Isn’t it interesting that there is so much that can be gained from songs if they are done correctly. I get more out of wizard rock than I do out of many of the popular songs out there now.

I think it has something to do with the fact that books generally have something to teach us and when we take those stories and dig deeper into them with music, we find all those lessons and messages and make them even more available. I just love that books and music can do that. A lot of the songs I hear on the radio today… they don’t do that.

For instance. California Gurls may be a catchy tune and I’ll admit it does get stuck in my head at times… but it really doesn’t teach anything worth while… at all. I’ve found myself avoiding the radio these days (except for when I want to parody a popular song) and listening to MoM and ALL CAPS instead. I still have cds I listen too because there are bands like One Republic (my favorite non-youtube band) that do have great music too. Meaningful music is still there, it just tends to drop below music that isn’t as meaningful on the charts which is sad.

I think it’s about time the world starts realizing this. I think we need to turn to bands like One Republic and even youtube and wizarding bands for good, wholesome, and meaningful music. I know that’s what I am doing. What about you?

Hey everyone. I wrote and recorded a Harry Potter parody version of the song Airplanes. I liked it so I ended up making a video for it today. I thought you guys might enjoy it!

I swear, I must have the worst immune system known to man. My sister came home from camp with a sore throat and a bit of a runny nose (which she got over in a few days) and I managed to take her symptoms and multiply them by a bajillion. Instead of getting better and better, I get worse and worse. The worst part, right now, is that I can’t really hear anything very well but there isn’t much I can do about it? Have you ever had that? Where your ears plug because of your sinuses and you just can’t pop them? Yeah… sucks huh?

On the upside it means I don’t have to work outside so I can spend some time writing. The downside to that is that it is hot and I am so tempted to turn on my fan but if I do it will only make my cold worse ha ha. Aye… why immune system? Why?

At least my brain isn’t as fuzzy as it was yesterday, though it still kind of is a little. Although, for all I know I am typing all this and it makes sense but it really actually doesn’t make any sense whatsoever. Be sure and let me know!

Well, just thought I’d throw in an update. I’ll try to start doing a blog a day sometime again soon. Maybe as soon as I finish my novel I can do that. Hope your lives are wonderful!

Hey guys, sorry I haven’t written an actual blog in a while. I have been busy making contest videos and writing and such.
